ADDVAL Consultoría Integral S.A

was founded in May 2005 with three collaborators and 12 clients, with a great goal: to become a modern service provider capable of implementing in SMEs the use of technologies, methodologies, and processes existing in large companies, providing them with an initial approach to management.

Like any startup, the first years were difficult, but the company managed to grow and consolidate a very diversified client portfolio, which includes investment companies, real estate firms, construction companies, and agricultural societies, among others.

Subsequently, starting in 2010, a new phase began, engaging with larger clients, which required investment in infrastructure, technology, and human resources. Today, we have more than 120 professionals and top-level infrastructure, enabling us to meet the needs of our more than 150 clients from various industries, including Energy, Financial Services, Investment Fund Managers, Real Estate, Health, Insurance, and Retail. Additionally, we serve investors and foreign companies from several countries such as Brazil, the USA, Canada, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, and others.

The creation of the company

Addval began as 'Asesoría y Consultoría Integral S.A.' in May 2005, with three employees and 12 clients, with a significant goal: to become a modern service provider capable of implementing technologies, methodologies, and processes from large companies into SMEs, thereby providing them with an initial approach to management.

Entry of a new partner and development plan

In 2011, Cristián Ureta joined Consultoría Integral as a partner, marking the beginning of a growth phase based on a Development Plan aimed at enhancing professional and technological capabilities, enabling the company to approach larger and more complex clients. The decision was made to use the brand 'Addval,' and a new office was inaugurated at the World Trade Center in Santiago, featuring 400 m2 and modern infrastructure.

Audit and registration services with the CMF (formerly SVS)

In 2017, 'Addval Auditores' was established and registered as an Auditor with the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance (SVS) under number 91 on August 23, 2017. This significant registration allows Addval Auditores to provide audit services to regulated companies.

New Development Plan and office relocation

In 2017, Addval moved to its current office located at Bucarest 150, with 620 m2 and a staff exceeding 70 people. Additionally, the PLAN 2020 was created with four fundamental pillars: personnel and team development, technological advancement, operational efficiency, and high growth.

Entry of Alberto Panchana as Tax Partner

In 2018, Alberto Panchana, with a distinguished career at Price and Latam Airlines, joined Addval to enhance tax advisory services for large companies, in addition to forming the Technical Committee and supporting the strong growth the company is experiencing.

Integration of GEC Consultores and creation of Addval Consulting

In 2018, Jorge Ihnen, with a successful career at Latam Airlines, along with his partners from GEC Consultores, decided to join Addval, leading to the creation of 'Addval Consulting'. This new business consultancy service at Addval encompasses strategic sourcing advisory, process improvement using LEAN methodology, and organizational structure optimization.

Integration of Cristián Edwards and creation of Addval Capital

In 2020, Cristián Edwards, with extensive experience in corporate finance, joined to develop Mergers and Acquisitions services, debt restructuring, capital increases, and other functions within Corporate Finance. 'Addval Capital' is established.

Addval is Russell Bedford International in Chile

In 2020, the prestigious global network of audit and consulting services, ranked among the top 20 largest audit firms worldwide, appoints Addval as its representative in Chile.
